Meet Mo.

Hi there, and thank you for visiting my website! I’m so glad you stopped by….whether you’re already a fan of Mo’s Bonnie Toffee or you are about to become one.

I’ve moved around quite a bit and worn many hats in my professional life, but one thing has always stayed the same: every holiday season, I make the best toffee to share with family and friends. Over the years, it has earned quite a reputation….some even called it “Xmas Crack.” After countless people told me I should start selling it, I finally decided it was time!

Of course, I need a name a bit more fitting (and one you could enjoy year-round). With help from a dear friend, Mo’s Bonnie Toffee was born; as an ode to my Scottish grandmother who first taught me how to make this treat. Bonnie means “good, pleasing or attractive” in Scotland…. and I think that says it’s all. 

Each batch is handcrafted from scratch with just five simple, real ingredients….no shortcuts, no preservatives, just pure, buttery goodness.
